Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance such as oil changes to more complicated repairs such as brake service.
• Receive service orders from advisors and deliver customer vehicles to the service area.
• Consider customer performance symptoms, inspect the involved components, and accurately identify problems.
• Update service advisors regarding new problems or service delays.
• Obtain and inventory parts by communicating with the parts advisor.
• Comprehend and record service data in the computerized system.
• Attend training classes.
• Comprehend and implement state and federal automotive service regulations.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping policies.
